  • On the Microsoft Learn team I worked as a focal point for partner and content teams who are publishing training.

  • I worked closely with writers, editors, instructional designers, localization, and design to support them in all phases of on-boarding and content development and work with engineering to advocate for features.

  • Lead internal and external stakeholders to design and implement (through creation and/or curation) a portfolio of current and future 21st Century content offerings

  • Lead all user experience, go-to-market, program and project management as well as maintenance activities for the content portfolio.
